Carry out school-enterprise collaborative training programs

Based on an in-depth investigation into the company's current HR management practices and employees' technical skill levels, we identified specific roles for evaluation, developed job competency standards, organized project applications, created a comprehensive assessment question bank, conducted staff training, and initiated skills certification processes. By the end of June, our company partnered with Shengzhou Vocational & Technical School to deliver specialized skills training. Every Saturday, professional instructors provide hands-on training sessions for our company’s managers, with each session lasting one full day. The training covers topics such as metal materials knowledge, machining precision, fundamental principles of quality inspection, and essential safety guidelines for electrical usage… This initiative has significantly contributed to strengthening the company’s skilled workforce development efforts.

Warm and cordial greetings that touch the heart
Minter employees always submit their leave requests through the company’s DingTalk platform. When the Administration Department learned that two employees from the Manufacturing Department had both applied for time off at different times, they called to inquire—and discovered that it was due to family members falling ill and being hospitalized. Ying Guohong, our workshop’s skilled machinist and a key technical expert, recently received heartbreaking news: his father was admitted to the ICU after falling seriously ill. Meanwhile, Zhang Xiaojin, our company’s young and dynamic electrical engineer, was devastated to learn that his pregnant wife was experiencing severe early pregnancy complications. Reacting swiftly and with heartfelt concern, on October 24th, the Administration Department, entrusted by General Manager Wu and filled with warmth and care from all colleagues across the company, organized a visit to offer their support and comfort to these employees and their families.
2019 Shanghai International Exhibition
On February 28, the company organized a visit to the "2019 17th Shanghai Smart Factory Exhibition—Industrial Automation and Robotics Show," where cutting-edge equipment and innovative solutions in the field of industrial automation technology were showcased. Highlights included industrial assembly and conveying systems, complete industrial robots along with their components, machine vision applications for industry, and advanced products like AGV and drone-based material handling systems. Led by General Manager Wu, team members from the Technology Department and the Equipment Support Department toured the exhibition to explore the latest automated machinery. They even took inspiration from the intelligent locking mechanisms featured on robotic exhibits. Additionally, the team visited several tooling manufacturers at the show and paid a visit to a neighboring machining center to learn about new equipment—providing valuable insights that will benefit the company’s equipment technicians significantly.
The company organizes corporate training assessments.
To deeply implement the strategic initiative of "Enhancing Employees' Comprehensive Capabilities," we are committed to reinforcing and motivating employees to adhere to training standards and systems. This effort aims to effectively elevate the company’s safety management practices and overall employee quality, thereby supporting and driving the organization’s sustained, healthy, and rapid growth. In alignment with this goal, we have invited instructors from Shengzhou Secondary Vocational and Technical School to provide expert guidance and training for relevant courses. As part of this initiative, the company will hold a theoretical and practical exam on mechanical knowledge on September 14th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the second-floor multi-purpose hall. The assessment will be closely supervised by the section chief from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. This event marks a collaborative partnership among the company, the school, and government authorities—a true win-win collaboration that goes beyond mere cooperation to foster mutual success.

Summer is the season when weeds thrive, and with abundant rainfall, the grass in the company’s green spaces grows rapidly. To beautify our workplace and create a clean, orderly environment for both office and daily life, while also strengthening everyone’s sense of responsibility, environmental awareness, and teamwork—while fostering a positive, proactive attitude among employees—we organized a meaningful weeding activity on the afternoon of July 12th. Despite their busy schedules, all department members except those with critical tasks enthusiastically joined in. After all, labor not only showcases the power of unity but also reflects professional integrity and a strong team spirit.
