To deeply implement the strategic initiative of "Enhancing Employees' Comprehensive Capabilities," we are committed to reinforcing and motivating employees through standardized training programs and systems. This effort aims to effectively elevate the company’s safety management practices and overall employee quality, thereby supporting and driving the organization’s sustained, healthy, and rapid growth. In alignment with this goal, we have invited instructors from Shengzhou Secondary Vocational and Technical School to provide expert guidance and training for relevant courses. As part of this initiative, the company will hold a theoretical and practical exam on mechanical knowledge on September 14th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the multi-functional hall on the second floor. The assessment will be closely supervised by the section chief from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. This collaboration between the enterprise, the school, and government authorities represents not only a partnership but also a mutually beneficial opportunity for all parties involved.

The exam consists of two parts: first, the hands-on component for the "Mechanical Product Inspection (Specialized Advanced)" self-assessment; and second, the theoretical section of the same self-assessment. The exam proceeded smoothly as scheduled, with teachers from the technical school serving as on-site proctors. Throughout the process, company employees diligently completed the test, clearly demonstrating their dedication and commitment. Overall, the two parts of the exam effectively combined theory with practical application—while the written portion assessed students' mastery of fundamental theoretical knowledge, the hands-on segment highlighted their ability to apply that knowledge in real-world scenarios.
