Happy Goddess Day
In March, peach blossoms bloom beautifully, their vibrant petals glowing with radiant charm. And in March, there’s a special holiday dedicated to goddesses—our amazing women employees! To make sure every female colleague at the company receives a thoughtful gift on International Women’s Day, we’ve planned a little surprise just for them: on Saturday, March 7th!
2020 Mint Annual Conference – Staying True to Our Roots, Ensuring Sustainable Growth
On January 6, 2020, Mint's 2020 Year-End Gala was held grandly at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Wenhong Hotel. All Mint employees gathered together to celebrate this special occasion and collectively explore the future ahead!
We take training seriously.
"Ensuring team members’ growth" has always been General Manager Wu’s core management philosophy, clearly positioning training as a key driver for their development.
Minte During the Pandemic
From January 22 to February 1, 2020, the company offered its employees a 10-day annual vacation. However, this holiday period took an unusual turn due to the ongoing pandemic. On January 23, the Administration Department received notification from the Economic Development Office of the Construction Management Committee, requesting them to compile a roster of employees originally from Wuhan, Hubei Province. As you can imagine, at that time, Wuhan was severely affected by the outbreak—so much so that the city had been placed under lockdown, and employees from Wuhan were strictly prohibited from returning to Sheng for work. In response, the Administration Department immediately reached out to all Wuhan-based employees, checking in on their health and emphasizing the importance of following strict prevention measures. They assured everyone to stay calm and patiently await further updates from the company.
The second round of internal training has successfully kicked off.
On May 25, 2019, the second session of our company-organized external training program successfully kicked off. This time, we invited a total of 14 qualified suppliers to join the training, which lasted for two full days. The course focused on the 8D problem-solving methodology and the fifth edition of FMEA. The lead instructor was Mr. Zong from Shanghai Aiwei Corporate Training. The 8D method outlines eight structured steps for addressing and resolving issues, primarily helping teams determine whether an 8D approach is necessary for a particular problem. If the issue is minor or better suited to other methods—such as pricing or budgetary concerns—this step emphasizes immediate, crisis-management responses tailored to the situation at hand. At its core, the 8D approach aims to establish a systematic framework for tackling problems effectively.
