Based on an in-depth investigation into the company's current HR management practices and employees' technical skill levels, we have identified key positions for evaluation, developed job competency standards, organized project applications, created a comprehensive assessment question bank, conducted relevant personnel training, and initiated skills certification processes. By the end of June, our company reached an agreement with Shengzhou Vocational and Technical School to provide specialized skills training. Every Saturday, professional instructors will deliver one-day training sessions exclusively for our company’s managers. The training curriculum covers essential topics such as metal materials knowledge, machining precision, basic quality inspection principles, and safe electrical practices, among others.

This training has played a meaningful role in strengthening the company's skilled workforce, enabling the full potential of the skills assessment system to enhance product quality, improve employee competencies, and stabilize the workforce. It also helps bridge the gap between technical workers' skill levels and real-world production practices, ultimately boosting the company's overall competitiveness in the market.
