By the end of June, our company partnered with Shengzhou Vocational & Technical School to deliver specialized skills training. Every Saturday, professional instructors provide hands-on training sessions for our company’s managers, with each session lasting one full day. The training covers topics such as metal materials knowledge, machining precision, fundamental principles of quality inspection, and essential safety guidelines for electrical usage… This initiative has significantly contributed to strengthening the company’s skilled workforce development efforts.
