"Ensuring the growth of team members" has always been General Manager Wu’s core management philosophy, with training explicitly positioned as a key driver for their development. On November 15, during the major overhaul of the processing center purifier, frequent changes in unit startup and shutdown conditions led to oil mist generated during normal operation—mist that the purifier couldn’t fully capture—resulting in poor air quality within the workshop. To address this issue, the training session invited engineers from Shanghai Yili to provide comprehensive instruction to equipment department staff. As a result, the equipment department placed great emphasis on leveraging maintenance and repair activities as opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and enhance overall expertise. Under the principle of maintaining safety and control, they carefully planned and implemented targeted training initiatives, ensuring that all operational teams are equipped with the rapid intervention skills needed during transient events or emergencies—critical moments before external support arrives. Ultimately, the equipment department seamlessly integrated training efforts into daily maintenance tasks, promptly documenting valuable insights and best practices from repairs into actionable procedures that can be consistently applied moving forward.

With the advancement of "Internet+" initiatives, robot training has now entered a highly competitive phase, and companies are increasingly adopting automated equipment. On November 18, the company invited engineers from Nachi to provide hands-on instruction to staff from the Equipment Maintenance Department on robot operation modes, functioning principles, teach pendant operations, and program execution—tailored specifically to our existing robotic systems. Industrial robots are multi-jointed mechanical arms or multi-degree-of-freedom devices designed for industrial applications; they can autonomously perform tasks by relying on their own power sources and control mechanisms to carry out a wide range of functions. As businesses ramp up their use of robotics, there’s also a growing demand for skilled professionals who can assemble, operate, and maintain these advanced machines.

The road ahead is long and winding, yet I shall tirelessly search—both high and low! The Equipment Assurance Department upholds the safety culture value of "being a highly responsible electrical professional," ensuring that every training initiative is thoroughly implemented. This not only guarantees the smooth and organized execution of major overhaul projects but also empowers each team member to undergo comprehensive challenges during the process, fostering rapid growth and development. When it comes to training, we’ve always been serious!
