What I expect from all our managers is that you consistently demonstrate your capabilities in everyday work, stand ready when it matters most, and bravely rise to meet any difficulty head-on. That’s precisely what I ask of every member of our management team." Addressing the frontline employees, Mr. Xiao Wu emphasized: "Your dedication and hard work are deeply appreciated and remembered by the entire company. The company’s growth wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you—and as the company thrives, so will you. Remember, our department heads and supervisors themselves started as ordinary employees and climbed their way up through perseverance and commitment. He stressed that the upcoming peak production season in the second half of the year will require everyone’s collective effort to ensure smooth operations.
