The annual mobilization conference kicked off on October 20, 2020. Due to the unique nature of the company’s operational structure, all employees were divided into three separate mobilization meetings: one for management, another for day-shift workers, and a third for night-shift personnel. This year’s conference was chaired by Mr. Xiao Wu, the company’s general manager. Such mobilization events play a crucial role in boosting employee enthusiasm, aligning everyone’s mindset, rallying team spirit, and ultimately paving the way for the company to achieve a strong and positive momentum. During the management meeting, Mr. Xiao Wu shared his thoughts: "Our company is like a massive machine—every single person is a vital component, each with their own unique position and function. You managers are the backbone and core strength of our organization. But what exactly does your role entail? In times of emergency, we must see your presence; when challenges arise, we need to count on you; during moments of danger, your courage will be critical; and especially before tackling major tasks, your leadership will be indispensable. What I expect from all our managers is that you consistently demonstrate your capabilities in everyday work, stand ready when it matters most, and bravely rise to meet any difficulty head-on. That’s precisely what I ask of every member of our management team." Addressing the frontline employees, Mr. Xiao Wu emphasized: "Your dedication and hard work are deeply appreciated and remembered by the entire company. The company’s growth wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you—and as the company thrives, so will you. Remember, our department heads and supervisors themselves started as ordinary employees and climbed their way up through perseverance and commitment. So, I urge you to uphold the spirit of ownership, embracing the mindset that ‘when the factory prospers, we all benefit; when it falters, we all suffer.’ Embrace your roles wholeheartedly: love what you do, master your craft, and strive for excellence in every aspect of your work. After all, there are 360 trades, and in each one, outstanding individuals can emerge!" Finally, Mr. Xiao Wu concluded by highlighting the company’s impressive performance this year. He stressed that the upcoming peak production season in the second half of the year will require everyone’s collective effort to ensure smooth operations. Amidst the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry, he reminded all MinTe employees to not only rigorously adhere to the IATF16949:2016 standards but also to firmly embrace a customer-centric philosophy—anticipating customers’ needs and responding promptly to their concerns. With careful planning and unwavering determination, he assured everyone that together, they would deliver a successful and well-executed campaign during this critical peak period.

The annual mobilization conference kicked off on October 20, 2020. Due to the unique nature of the company’s work schedule, all employees were divided into three separate mobilization meetings: one for management personnel, another for day-shift workers, and a third for night-shift staff. This year’s conference was chaired by Mr. Xiao Wu, the company’s general manager. Such mobilization events play a crucial role in boosting employee enthusiasm, aligning team members’ mindsets, energizing morale, and ultimately paving the way for a promising future for the organization.

During the management meeting, General Manager Xiao Wu shared his thoughts: "Our company is like a massive machine—each and every one of us is a vital part of it, playing a unique role with our own position and responsibilities. As managers, you are the backbone and the driving force behind everything we do. But what exactly does your role as managers entail? It means being there when emergencies arise, stepping up during tough times, standing firm in moments of danger, and, most importantly, leading the charge before tackling critical tasks. You must consistently demonstrate your commitment through your daily work, ensuring that you’re ready to rise to the occasion when it matters most—when challenges hit hard and opportunities demand bold action. That’s precisely what I expect from all our managerial staff. Moreover, I encourage every single employee to embrace the spirit of ownership, adopting the mindset that 'when the factory prospers, we thrive; when it falters, we suffer.' Whether you’re working in manufacturing, administration, sales, or any other field, I urge you to truly dedicate yourself—to love your job, dive deep into it, and master it with excellence. After all, no matter the industry, every role has the potential to shine and make a meaningful impact."
At the frontline staff meeting, General Manager Xiao Wu said: "Your hard work is clearly seen and deeply appreciated by the company. The company’s growth wouldn’t be possible without all of you—and as the company advances, you’ll naturally progress alongside it. Our department heads and supervisors were all promoted step by step from ordinary employee positions. So, I urge you to strictly adhere to factory rules and regulations, follow operational procedures meticulously, prioritize safety at all times, obey your leaders, and continuously deepen your expertise. Everyone has unique ideas; if you have any feedback or suggestions for the company, please don’t hesitate to share them—don’t keep them bottled up inside. And when you find yourself stuck or confused, try looking at things from a different angle or approach—never give up too easily."
At the meeting, General Manager Xiao Wu highlighted that the company’s current situation is promising. He emphasized that the peak production season in the second half of the year will require everyone’s collective effort to ensure all manufacturing tasks proceed smoothly. In today’s increasingly competitive automotive industry, every Minite employee must not only rigorously adhere to the IATF16949:2016 standards but also embrace a customer-centric mindset—anticipating customers’ needs and addressing their concerns promptly. By staying organized and focused during this critical peak period, we’ll deliver a strong, well-executed performance this season.
