The company previously organized internal auditor training in July 2017. Over the past two years of growth, due to staff turnover and evolving trends in the automotive parts industry, company leadership has decided to provide another round of system training for the current management team. The TS16949 quality system serves as the foundation for the smooth operation of all organizational processes, while TS16949 internal auditors play a critical role in ensuring that this system itself is effectively maintained. To ensure the seamless functioning of the TS16949 quality system, it is deemed essential to equip TS16949 internal auditors with the necessary skills and knowledge. With this in mind, on March 23rd and 24th, Mr. Zong from Aiwei Corporate Training conducted a two-day internal auditor training session specifically tailored for the company’s management team.

The purpose of this training is to ensure a clear understanding of the changes and key implementation points in the new version of the standard, familiarize participants with industry-specific automotive requirements and the five core tools, and equip them with systematic skills and methodologies for auditing systems, processes, and products. Participants will also prepare for automotive customer factory audits and earn the IATF16949:2016 internal auditor certification. Having undergone this comprehensive TS16949 training, attendees have gained valuable insights and experiences.
Overall, the TS16949 quality system is functioning effectively, and organizations with well-established management practices tend to achieve excellent results, regardless of who conducts their internal audits. However, for most organizations, selecting the right TS16949 internal auditors—and providing them with clear roles and adequate training—is crucial. A gradual, step-by-step approach to developing these auditors is essential.
First and foremost, the role of a TS16949 internal auditor should be viewed as that of a competent system builder or an outstanding system improver. Auditors should begin by gaining a deep understanding of their own department’s TS16949 framework. Only when they fully grasp their department’s system can they effectively oversee the broader organizational framework. Once the departmental system is optimized, the entire company’s operations will run more smoothly—reducing the pressure on internal audits in the process. Moreover, once their own department’s system is flawless, auditors will be better equipped to conduct thorough reviews of others, ensuring their feedback is both informed and authoritative.
At its core, this shift reflects a fundamental change in mindset—one that emphasizes building strong, self-sustaining systems from within before expanding outward.

The development of TS16949 internal auditors should be gradual and systematic. When training new TS16949 internal auditors—especially our younger colleagues—we must genuinely adopt a mindset focused on nurturing future talent, avoiding the temptation to rush or seek quick results. A TS16949 internal auditor should first gain at least one year of relevant experience within their own department before being qualified to participate in audits conducted by external teams. This approach ensures that auditors are thoroughly prepared and capable of delivering high-quality assessments. http://www.ts16949best.com/ During the class, the teacher delivered a brilliant lecture with strong interactive elements.
