As a manager, it’s often crucial to focus on effective leadership. When team members harbor conflicts—perhaps one day you have less to do, while the next you’re swamped—it’s no surprise that employees in the workplace sometimes experience feelings of envy. Over time, this kind of jealousy can lead to disengagement at work, causing people to simply "go through the motions" instead of putting in their best effort. In reality, employees are often like young children in kindergarten—they thrive on recognition and rewards. As a supervisor, you can’t possibly praise or closely monitor everyone every single day. Instead, what you need is a harmonious, forward-moving team dynamic. And that’s exactly where team-building activities come in handy!
On May 11, all company managers visited Feiyi Ecological Park, where they experienced cutting-edge management practices in modern agriculture, enjoyed fresh organic vegetables, and even picked seasonal fruits straight from the trees.
The Chinese restaurant company specially arranged a signature Flying Wings hot pot, featuring an endless supply of fresh, organic vegetables. As the general manager raised his wine glass, he proposed a toast: "To our bright future together—let’s all raise a glass!" After the meal, guests boarded sightseeing tour buses led by Flying Wings staff, cruising freely through the expansive organic fruit and vegetable greenhouses. A gentle breeze swept through, effortlessly washing away the stresses of daily work, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in nature’s embrace. Finally, arriving at the fruit greenhouse, colleagues eagerly stepped into the orchard, ready to savor the joy of picking their own fresh, ripe produce.

Within a company, the ultimate goal is to achieve profitability—a target that seems clear-cut but is often overlooked in day-to-day operations. After all, a company consists of numerous departments, and each task is typically spearheaded by one or two key units. Yet every task also represents a distinct project that requires seamless collaboration across departments to succeed. Due to time constraints, the solution devised by one department isn’t always the most perfect option. In fact, implementing such a plan might even feel unreasonable for certain teams. However, completing any given task often demands that some departments make sacrifices—after all, if not for these compromises, the entire initiative might simply fall apart or fail to meet its deadline. Ultimately, departmental interests are deeply tied to the company’s overall success: without the company thriving, there can be no real gains for any individual department. Each team must step up to fulfill its designated role, taking ownership of its responsibilities. But as they execute their tasks, they’re encouraged to stay vigilant about emerging challenges and propose practical improvements along the way. This feedback loop allows the lead department to refine its decisions dynamically, ensuring that every project progresses smoothly—and, in the end, delivers a flawless, well-rounded outcome.
